Last night and today in the morning the Azerbaijanian side again violated the ceasefire in different sections of Armenian – Azerbaijanian state borderline using different weapons including large caliber ones.
According to the operative data in the period of 7 and 8 August the ceasefire on Armenian-Azerbaijani state border was violated 31 times. They fired over 4000 shots from various caliber weapons.
The Armenian side responded 5 times and made 1425 shots.
The Armenian side suffered no victims.
The Armenian armed forces continue to control the situation on the borderline strictly observing the ceasefire and undertake adequate actions only in cases of targeted violations by the enemy.
