The inhabitants of Kolomiya of the Ukraine found a creative method of protest against adverse conditions of roads. According to bagnet.org unknown activists planted tulips in the holes of the roads. It is also known that on April 9th local youth organizations planned to make a protest.
If the demands of the citizens to renovate the roads is not fulfilled the activists threaten to plant trees instead of flowers.
