Appealing the Decisions of Compulsory Enforcement Officer

The title of the 205th video material of “Appealing the Decisions of Compulsory Enforcement Officer.” Arpine Yeghikyan, AYLA member, Advocate of “Armenia Against Corruption” project is the expert of the program. The decision taken by the compulsory enforcement officer may be appealed against before the first instance court of the place of the marz subdivision of the Compulsory Enforcement Service or before the superior, within a period of ten days upon the day of receiving the decision. Decisions of the compulsory enforcement officer shall be abolished or amended on the basis of a court judgment or by the superior of the compulsory enforcement officer.
