The title of the 141st video material of “Informed Citizen” program is: “Procedure to call for Interrogation” Zaruhi Hovhannisyan, Legal Advisor of Yerevan Anti-Corruption Center is the expert of the program. The person invited for interrogation shall attend the investigator in set terms or inform the investigator about the reasons for absence. In case of unexcused absence, the person may be brought to investigator according to the procedures provided by the Code. Additional coercive measures provided by the Code may be applied upon the suspect or the accused.
