The Chairman of the commission and another member of the commission warned the voters. The observer requested the commission secretary to record the violation on the precinct electoral commission register, but the request was rejected by the commission secretary on the grounds that the latter thinks there is no violation. Later, the observer applied to the chairman of the commission and the latter agreed to register the fact of the violation in the register of the precinct electoral commission.
