“Based on the provisions of Point 121, Sub-point 6 of the Procedure established by the 18 July 2007 Decree NH-174-N of the RA President, Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan decided to release Iosif Isayan and Areg Galstyan from the position of the Deputy Ministers of the Ministry of Energy Infrastructures and Natural Resources of the RA.
