Attorney Nikolay Baghdasaryan informed Iravaban.net that his defendant Alek Yenigomshyan, a member of the Founding Parliament, an ASALA fighter, was arrested yesterday.
Now he is in the location of the National Security Service where the arrested are being kept. According to the attorney, a number of his rights were violated and applied to the Human Rights Defender so as to record these violations.
As of now, the attorney did not give details on the grounds of arrest and the violations.
