Stepanavan municipality also started to prepare for the New Year celebration; on December 9, they signed a contract with “Exclusive-Service” company for organizing celebrations and paid 4 million AMD.
It is mentioned in the service description that the company should decorate the main New Year Tree of the city square, put decorations, organize a festive concert, which Santa Claus, Snow Maiden and heroes from fairy tales will attend to and the children will be given presents.
