Citizen Samvel T. reported at Special Investigation Service of the RA that an unknown person had stolen the accumulator from his car but after the incident he bought a new one, which was also stolen by the unknown. He reported about the two cases of theft to the employees of Qanaqer-Zeytun Police Department of Yerevan City but they refused to accept the report about the crime, to initiate a legal proceeding and undertake measures for investigating the crime. The SIS reports.
The legal proceeding has been instituted according to Article 308, Part 1 of the Criminal Code of RA “the abuse of official authority or duties by state officials” at Special Investigation Service.
