Today, presentation of the newly published guidebook on the services took place in the Special Investigatory Service The guidebook is dedicated to 2006-2014 juridical positions of the Court of Appeals on criminal cases, informs the Special Investigatory Service. The work is done by the employees of Job organization and Refinement Department of the RA Special Investigatory Service A. Amirkhanyan and E. Avagyan.
Head of the Special Investigation Service of RA, Lieutenant-General of Justice Vahram Shahinyan claims that the publication of this guidebook by Special Investigation Service of RA aims to promote the availability and accessibility of the decisions made by the Court of Appeals.
It must be mentioned that in case of the effective use of the guidebook the person carrying out the proceeding at first may get a thorough information whether there is a precedential decision concerning the problematic legal provisisons, and then search it in appropriate juridical-informative online systems (www.datalex.am, www.arlis.am, www.court.am) or in other sources according to the case number and the year of adoption of the decision.
The guidebook comprises the RA Court of Appeals’ 2006-2014 decisions on both the material and procedural rights. They are coordinated according to some logical succession, i.e. the year of adoption and the succession of articles in the RA Criminal Code.
