Shortly before The Police made the following announcement: “Dear compatriots, The non official demonstration in Baghramyan Avenue is going on, and recently the number of infants taking part in protest actions has increased. The curiosity and adventurism of teenagers is understandable, but the danger risks by no means should be ignored. Because of their age they can’t adequately evaluate the situations, its changes, the actions of the crowd with its results. Moreover, there may be evil-minded people, who making use of the not standards situation, people’s irregular movements or darkness may damage children. In such cases worrying for the teens is both normal and necessary. One more time we turn to parents: be attentive with your children, keep them under supervision and don’t let them take parts in protest actions alone. We urge the organizers’ of the demonstrations to keep the teens under supervision and in case of suspicions immediately apply to the Police. The maintenance of children’s safety is everyone’s problem”.
