In the interview on the current situation in ENA, Varuzhan Hoktanyan explained that studies carried out in ENA revealed numerous dark spots, which are resulted by the hidden corruption. He also said:
“Of course the corruption risks are seen. The expert on procurements carried out research which showed the corruption risks. More serious studies should be carried out to understand whether it is corruption or not. That is why we need to carry out an investigation to understand how the costs are justified. There are suspicions that they were exaggerated. We are not a law enforcement body that we can identify whether corruption is hidden under the corruption risks, or not.”
