Shortly before, in Baghramyan Avenue, Maksim Sargsyan, member of “No to Plunder!” initiative announced that the well-known actor Vardan Petrosyan, who now is in detention had gone on a hunger strike joining the fighters against the increase of electricity price.
It is around one week that “No to Plunder!” civil initiative has been organizing protest actions against the increase of the electricity price. They demand to suspend the decision on raising the electricity tariff by 6.93 AMD.
