The new Law on Public Organizations is currently in circulation. Hovhannes Manukyan, the RA Minister of Justice said this in reply to the question of Iravaban.net reporter. He also added, “I think the Government will submit the bill to the National Assembly until the fall session.”
The new draft law has foreseen a number of changes, which are aimed ta the improvement of the area, raising the role of the civil society institutions in the political system of the society, strengthening of their organizational and functional capacity and realization capabilities.
For this purpose, the proposed draft provides an original model of ranking the NGOs, which although has no direct effect on the functional aspect, but it can provide new contextual approach to the NGO activities or their perception of new model and serve as a basis for institutional strengthening, development and understanding of values.
