Stepanakert Municipality asked the delegation of the RA which participated in the 23rd anniversary of independence of Nagorno-Karabakh Republic to support in installation of a traffic lights object on the intersection of Vardan Mamikonyan, Arthur Mkrtchyan and Andranik Streets in Stepanakert.
In November 2014, “Lusanshan” SNCO finished the construction work of the mentioned object. From the draft introduced for tomorrow’s session of the Government we learn that it cost is around 8.5 Million AMD.
The draft, which will be presented by the RA Chief of Police Vladimir Gasparyan will take the object worth 8.5 million AMD from “Lusanshan” SNCO and will donate on property right to Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
The Contract includes a clause which provides that the costs associated with the acceptance will be covered at the expense of financial means of “Lusanshan” SNCO.
