Reminder: According to the “RA Law on Making Changes and Amendments in the RA Law on the Fundamentals of Administration and Administrative Procedure”, which entered into force on 9 January 2015, the drivers who were fined for administrative violations performed in the period of 1 January 2012 till 9 January 2015, and will pay the fines within the period of 6 months since this law has entered into force (in the period of 9 January to 9 July 2015) will be excepted from paying the tripled or fivefold part of the fine and the costs for enforcement actions and shall pay only the main sum of the fine.
In addition the drivers are exempted from the obligation of paying the administrative fines for violations performed before 1 January 2015 and the costs for enforcement actions.
We urge the drivers to take the advantage of the provided opportunity and to pay the fines before the expiry of the mentioned period.
