The judgment of the three accused for the “She’s gorgeous but he’s useless” was not announced.
As we have already informed, the accused told their last plea in the court, after that the court presided by Alexander Azaryan went to the advisory room to rule a judgment.
However when the time for announcing the judgment came, the court announced that it is reopening the proceedings. It is necessary to hear positions of the accused and participants of the case about pardoning an amnesty.
As the prosecutor and defenders of the accused had not attended the court, the judicial sitting was appointed on 6 April.
