Shortly before Iravaban.net was informed by the press service of the RA Special Investigative Service that the preliminary investigation of the instituted criminal case of the judge taken $20.000 bribe was accomplished.
According to the message as a result of the preliminary investigation conducted in the RA Special Investigative Service it was found out and reasoned that judge of the RA Court of General Jurisdiction of Lori Marz Khachatur Khachatryan has personally received a bribe in the amount of 9mln 186000 (equivalent to $20.000.
In this regard Iravaban.net connected with the defender of the judge’s rights, attorney Karen Tumanyan, who informed that he does not have any news on this case. “I will not state my position at the moment”: told the advocate informing that Khachatur Khachatryan had not given evidence in the pre-trial proceedings: “The judge will probably give evidence in the court” told the defender.
