Samvel Darbinyan is the mayor of Vanadzor City since 234 November 2012.
According to the Annual Incomes and Properties Declaration published by the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, in the beginning of 2013, the Mayor had declared 10.265.000 AMD, which decreased by the end of the fiscal year and totaled to 6.450.000 AMD.
In the same period, S. Darbinyan’s salary and other equal payments totaled to 3.166.621 AMD.
As an affiliated person the son of the official Aghasi Darbuinyan, Judge of the RA Administrative Court and his wife Anahit Mayilyan declared 891.097 AMD as salary and other equal payments.
