RA Public Services Regulatory Commission`s President Robert Nazaryan holds this position since 07 July 2008.
According to the Annual Income and Properties Declaration published by the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, at the beginning of 2013 the official declared 11 mln AMD and 112 thousand USD which remained unchanged by the end of the fiscal year.
In 2013 Robert Nazaryan`s job salary and equal payments equaled to 8.180.059 AMD, and the percentage and other compensation for the given loans was 8.300 USD.
As an affiliated person his wife Svetlana Jhangiri Kharatyan also presented a Declaration. According to the Annual Income and Properties Declaration published by the Commission on Ethics of High-Ranking Officials, in 2013 S. Kharatyan declared 300.000 USD, as well as 3 mln AMD, which decreased at the end of the fiscal year, becoming 2 mln AMD.
The percentages and other compensations for the given loans by S. Kharatyan accounted for 24.450 USD.
As an information, we can mention that the sphere of Public Services Regulation includes:
a) Sector of energy, including electricity, water and gas supply systems;
b) water system, which includes drinking, irrigation, industrial water supply maintenance, sanitation and wastewater treatment;
c) telecommunications (electronic communications) sector;

e) rail transport sector in terms of infrastructure usage fee calculation methodology, usage fee calculation implementation and usage fee confirmation.
