On 12 May, the RA Minister of Justice Hovhannes Manukyan accepted Major General Aleksander Krimov, Director of the Academy of Law and Management of the Federal Penal Service of Russian Federation.
According to the Information department of the Ministry, the Director of the Academy introduced information on cooperation with the Law Institute of the RA Ministry of Justice and mentioned that all joint initiatives were marked with high quality and organization.
During the conversation the parties underlined the priorities, which would be Implemented in the nearest future and emphasized the necessity of training of the lecturers’ staff, exchange of the educational-methodological programs, joint conference-seminars and other themes of mutual interest.
The Minister of justice mentioned that he was interested in cooperation with the academy, specifically in the issues of exchange of joint re-training programs and methodologies of the representatives of penitentiary system of the RA and RF. At the end of the meeting RA Minister of justice Hovhannes Manukyan assured the guest that he will support implementation of the future programs attaching high priority to the importance to the high preparedness level of the legal system employees. Ashot Hayrapetyan, Director of the “Law Institute of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia” SNCO participated in the meeting as well.
