President Serzh Sargsyan has signed a decree on dismissal of Artashes Avoyan from the post of the Chief of Staff of the National Security Council.
Based on Part 2 of Article 16, Point 1 of Part 1 of Article 19 and Point 1 of Part 1 of Article 34 of the Republic of Armenia Law on the Special Civil Service I decide:
1. To vacate Artashes Avoyan from the post of the Head of the Staff of the National Security Council.
2. Temporarily entrust the duties of the Chief of the National Security Council Staff to Aram Tananayan, Head of the Department of National Security Strategy Implementation.” reads the decree.
