Minister Vahan Kerobyan had a meeting with the Minister of Ports, Shipping and Waterways of India Sarbananda Sonowal within the framework of the “Vibrant Gujarat” Global Summit being held in the Indian state of Gujarat.

The Ministry of Economy reported.

Deputy Minister Narek Teryan and RA Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to India Vahagn Afyan were present at the meeting as well.

A number of issues related to increasing the volume of trade between the two countries, expansion of logistics infrastructure, India-Iran-Armenia trade channels were discussed during the meeting,.

Vahan Kerobyan emphasized that Armenia can become a transit country for India to EAEU and European countries.
