The Azerbaijani media report that on September 25, the regular negotiations between the representatives of Nagorno Karabakh and Azerbaijan were completed.
As “Armenpress” informs, the Azerbaijani media reported that this time the meeting took place in Ivanyan.
In the video published from the meeting, it can be seen that the Nagorno-Karabakh delegation included Davit Melkumyan, the Leader of the “Democratic Party of Artsakh” Faction of the Artsakh Parliament, and Sergey Martirosyan, the Deputy Secretary of the Security Council.
On the Azerbaijani side, Mejlis Deputy Ramin Mammadov, appointed Person in Charge for Contacts with the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh, Deputy Special Representative of the President of Azerbaijan, Bashir Hajiyev, and the employee of the Special Representative’s office, Ilkin Sultanov, were involved in the negotiations.
