The RA Investigative Committee received a report on 1 September, around 03:00, shots being fired from the territory controlled by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces in the direction of “Syunik” airport.

In connection with the case, criminal proceedings were initiated in accordance with the features of Article 44-155, Part 2, Clauses 7 and 15, and Article 264, Part 2, Clause 4 of the RA Criminal Code. An inspection of the scene of the incident was carried out, expert examinations were appointed.
The investigation is ongoing.
