Tigran Petrosyan, Chairman of the Anti-Crisis Council under the President of the Artsakh Republic, said that they would accept the entry of the ICRC through Aghdam into Artsakh only in one case, to bring back Vagif Khachatryan.
He specifically wrote on his Facebook page:
“We can accept the entry of the Red Cross through Aghdam into Artsakh only in one case, after bringing back Vagif Khachatryan. In all other cases, it will be another step to force integration…” he wrote.
