Customs warehouse is a complex of one or more than one constructions and open areas, meant for persons granted with a license according to the procedure established by the present Code to store goods released under the customs regime of “import of goods into the customs warehouse”.
Customs warehouses shall be of the following types:
a. warehouses for ground storage designed for the goods belonging to any person;
b. warehouses for indoor storage designed for the goods belonging to certain persons;
c. specialized warehouses designed for storage of certain types of goods belonging to any person.
Customs warehouses can be set up by persons of the Republic of Armenia granted with a license according to the procedure established under the Law․
