According to the decree of A. Hovsepyan and in connection with the expiry of the authorities of the RA Prosecutor General and led by the requirements of Article 10 (1.6), Article 30 and Article 36 (1) of the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Prosecution the duties of Prosecutor General of the RA are assigned upon Aram Tamazyan, the Deputy Prosecutor General of the RA.
