A rally will be organized in Artsakh tomorrow at 12:00. Ruben Vardanyan, the former State Minister of the Artsakh Republic announced.
He called to join the rally and support the organizers.

I call you to join and support the young people who started something very important a few days ago. They have started to show that they do not obey and want to create their own future, not others. Tomorrow, at 12:00, they decided to hold a rally in the square to present their work and vision to everyone. I support them, I call to join the rally and show together that we remember our victories.
