The Republic of Armenia flag shall be raised on the buildings of or at the main entrance to all seats of courts.
The coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Armenia flag shall be present in the courtroom and the office of each judge.
Each judge shall have a seal containing the coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia, the name of the court, and the name of the judge, as well as stamps prescribed by the Council of Court Chairmen. Each judge shall have the right to use electronic digital signature in accordance with the procedure defined by law.
The Cassation Court shall have a seal containing the coat of arms of the Republic of Armenia and its name.
