The message spread by the Ministry of Defense of Azerbaijan that allegedly on 23 April, around 15:10, the units of the RA Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the Azerbaijani positions located in the southeastern part of the Armenian-Azerbaijani border zone, is another misinformation.
The RA Ministry of Defense reported.
To remind, today, around 11:50 a.m., according to preliminary data, in the Armenian position located in the Sotki area, a soldier of the N Military Unit of the RA Defense Forces, Artyom Poghosyan, was fatally wounded by an enemy shot.
The Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia shares the heavy grief of the loss and expresses support to the family members, relatives and fellow soldiers of the fallen serviceman.
