Although the state has taken significant steps to meet the acute social needs of the population within the limits of the available possibilities, nevertheless, taking into account the material and moral necessity of making additional efforts, I welcome and join the initiative of State Minister Gurgen Nersisyan and transfer my salary for this month to the government’s extra-budgetary account for the social development of Armenia. and by the Ministry of Migration in order to provide additional support to our compatriots in need.”

Let’s remind that the State Minister of the Republic of Artsakh Gurgen Nersisyan had issued a statement on April 21, saying:

“I ask, urge, call upon our compatriots who receive salaries from the state budget, as well as those who have sufficient financial opportunities, to voluntarily transfer a part of their salary-income to the extra-budgetary account of the Republic of Artsakh in order to support our compatriots who are in a difficult situation during the blockade and to ensure social justice and public solidarity. to take our important step. I am the first to take that responsibility and donate 50 percent of my salary to that objective.
