I would like to inform that today, in response to our previously submitted application, I received an official letter from the Central Military Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Armenia stating that a meeting between the Military Prosecutor of the Republic of Armenia and the parents of the 15 soldiers who died in the Azat village military shelter will be organized in March. Lawyer Norayr Norikyan reported.
“At the same time, I consider it necessary to emphasize that the parents of the died servicemen also demanded a meeting with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and the Minister of Defense, but the latter, in fact, did not consider it appropriate to meet with the parents at this stage.
The parents of the died servicemen will follow up and are determined to organize a meeting with the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense in order for the latter to present clarifications to the parents,” the statement reads.
