The problem must be correctly formulated: there is a unified approach in Artsakh, Artsakh will not be part of Azerbaijan: David Babayan

Advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh Davit Babayan  writes։

If theoretically there will be cadre changes in Artsakh, what should this have to do with Baku? What does Baku have to do with the appointment or dismissal of officials in Artsakh, including Ruben Vardanyan? What disagreements should there be regarding the future of Artsakh, who supports what and who does not?

The problem must be correctly formulated: there is a unified approach in Artsakh; Artsakh will not be part of Azerbaijan. And this is our approach for decades, it is not right to associate it with one person. Azerbaijan hates us, not the people, but the state, and we all agree that we will not be part of Azerbaijan. This is our general approach. And Ruben didn’t say anything new here.
