The Investigation Department of the RA National Security Service continues the preliminary investigation of the criminal proceedings initiated in connection with organizing, participating in, and other cases of mass riots expressed by using violence, crashing, destroying property, damaging, or armed resistance to the government representative in the buildings of the Government, National Assembly and other objects of state significance and public places on 10 November 2020.

The National Security Service reports.

As a result of large-scale investigative and other operational actions carried out within the framework of the criminal proceedings, as well as operative-investigative measures carried out by the operative units of the National Security Service of the Republic of Armenia, the persons who committed violence against the President of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan during the mass riots and who committed particularly large-scale looting from the residence allocated to the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia were identified and arrested.
