The awarding ceremony of active participants in the elimination of the consequences of the tragedy that occurred in the area of ”Surmalu” shopping center of “Yerevan Canning Factory” CJSC, took place in the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

By the order of Minister of Emergency Situations Armen Pambukhchyan, they were awarded certificates of appreciation and certificates of honor.
The ceremony was held at the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the awards were presented by the First Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Artyush Grigoryan, Deputy Minister Davit Hambaryan and Director of Rescue Service Armen Gasparyan.
A number of citizens, representatives of police, various departments of Yerevan Municipality, Armenian Red Cross Society, “The Art of Staying Healthy” military-patriotic organization, construction organizations, representatives of enterprises, heads of Arabkir, Kentron and Kanaker-Zeytun administrative districts Aram Azatyan, Samvel Ghukasyan and Artak Hovakimyan were awarded.
