On 4 August, the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Armenia published the decision on the issue of subjecting Judge Armen Danielyan of the Criminal Court of Appeal to disciplinary liability.
The Supreme Judicial Council reported.
The Council decided to reject the petition submitted by the Ethics and Disciplinary Commission of the General Assembly of Judges.
The decision is effective from the moment of publication and is final.
