“Judges of the Court of First Instance of Syunik Marz of the Republic of Armenia, being concerned about the proceedings against Judge Boris Bakhshiyan of the same court, convinced of his high professional, moral and personal qualities, express our support to Judge Boris Bakhshiyan, expecting criminal prosecution against him, expecting the strict observance of the principle of legality in the process of criminal prosecution against him, full guarantee of the rights and freedoms of the person and the judge defined by the RA Constitution, the Constitutional Law Judicial Code of the Republic of Armenia and the RA Criminal Procedure Code.
