The court session on the case of Robert Kocharyan and others was postponed for one week again

The Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, chaired by Judge Anna Danibekyan, today again had to postpone the examination of the case ED / 0253/01/19.

The lawyers of the Second President of the Republic of Armenia Robert Kocharyan were not present at the court session. Judge Anna Danibekyan said that defense attorneys Hovhannes Khudoyan and Aram Orbelyan informed the court that they were ill, while Hayk Alumyan participated in the defense of YSU Faculty of Law master’s theses.

The next court session was appointed on 8 February.
