The Court of General Jurisdiction of the city of Yerevan, presided over by Judge Anna Danibekyan, without examining the motion to postpone the hearing, proceeded to the motion of Armen Gevorgyan’s former lawyer Erik Aleksanyan to suspend the case and apply to the Cpnstotutional Court on the issue arising from the NA deputy status.
In the process, the court proceeded to discuss Lusine Sahakyan’s motion, by which she asked to recognize Armen Gevorgyan’s immunity as a PACE deputy.
After hearing the parties, the court left the deliberation room. The judicial act will be published on 19 January, at 17:30.
