RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan is in Syunik. The purpose of the two-day working visit is to observe the road construction works in the region, to check the quality of the newly built alternative roads and especially their passability in winter.

The Minister together with the Governor of Syunik Melikset Poghosyan and the Deputy Governor Narek Babayan passed the new road under construction in Kapan-Chakaten, got acquainted with the course of works, and talked to the road builders and drivers. Afterwards, G. Sanosyan visited the sections of the Verin Khotanan village bypassing the Tatev-Ltsen roads, the construction of which will allow trucks to bypass the difficult-to-pass bends.

Yesterday he observed the process of construction of Khot-Vorotan, Bardzravan-Kashuni, Tandzaver-Shurnukh roads.

Asphalting of alternative roads will start in Syunik in spring.
