It is planned to increase the minimum wage in Armenia to 85,000 drams.

The Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Ruben Sargsyan said today, on 5 November, at the joint sitting of the standing committees of the National Assembly, during the discussion of the draft state budget for 2022.

“By 2026, it is planned to increase the minimum wage to 85,000 drams,” the Deputy Minister said.

Let us add that currently the minimum monthly salary in Armenia is 68 thousand drams.
