Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan assures that it is clear to everyone what the Armenian government is doing to return the Armenian captives in Azerbaijan.

“At the moment, Arthur Davidyan, who crossed the Artsakh border in August 2021, is returning to Armenia,” Papikyan stated in the National Assembly.

He said that Davidyan is already in the Republic of Armenia.

It should be reminded that on 22 August, at around 9:00 pm, Arthur Boris Davidyan, a Senior Lieutenant, serviceman of the N military unit of the RA Ministry of Defense, left the place of permanent deployment without the permission of his superior command, after which the connection with him was lost after some time.

According to preliminary information, Senior Lieutenant Davidyan got lost as a result of poor visibility and appeared on the Azerbaijani side.
