The 20 July letter of the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the UN Mher Margaryan addressed to the UN Secretary General, the President of the UN Economic and Social Council has been published, in which reference was made to the third voluntary revision document submitted by Azerbaijan to the UN High Level Political Forum.

“The letter emphasizes that Azerbaijan is once again manipulating the process of submitting a report within the UN in order to spread misinformation about the Nagorno Karabakh conflict. The grave humanitarian and environmental consequences of the Azerbaijani aggression unleashed in the fall of 2020 are presented, and reference is made to the Azerbaijani practices used to divert the attention of the international community from Azerbaijan’s criminal actions,” the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
