A person can attend the qualification examinations for acquiring the driver’s license at the examining body regardless the place of residence.
The examining bodies do not allow the person to participate in the qualification examinations in case when the person is listed in the list of drug addicted persons of the medical establishment or in the list of the persons who are deprived from the right to drive a vehicle.
In case when the applicant lacks written grounds provided in the RA Law on the Road Traffic Safety, the examination body refers the applicant to the polyclinic establishment for medical accreditation pursuant to the requirements of Clause 1(b) of the Decision N581-N of the RA Government “List of Diseases, for which driving of the Vehicle is forbidden and on approval of the procedure for providing medical aid to the victims of Traffic Incidents” approved on 20 April 2006.
