On 16 March, a consultation with the participation of the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, the Armed Forces General Staff was held in the administrative complex of the RA Ministry of Defense.

During the meeting chaired by the RA Minister of Defense Vagharshak Harutyunyan, a wide range of issues related to the problems faced by the Armed Forces in the post-war period, the steps taken to transform the army and the current reforms were discussed.

Reference was also made to regional issues and the modern challenges conditioned by them.

During the meeting, the sector officials made reports, which were discussed. The participants of the consultation made proposals on the issues raised. At the end of the meeting, the Minister of Defense gave the necessary instructions on the solution of the discussed issues.
