State Registration of Rights on Land

2013-04-18 / 14 20 |

The rights of the State, communities, citizens and legal entities on land appropriation, use, mortgaging, hypothec, servitude, as well as other legally defined estate rights, their descend, transfer and abortion are subject to State registration.

 

The State does not guarantee the protection and inviolability of not registered rights on land.
