As we have has alredy informed, The RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that a three days of mourning will be declared in Armenia from 19 December.
The 14 December decision of the Prime Minister particularly states:
“Guided by Article 7, Part 5 of the Law on the Structure and Activities of the Government:
- To declare mourning in the Republic of Armenia from 19 to21 December, 2020, inclusive, in order to commemorate the memory of our martyrs who died for the defense of the Motherland due to the hostilities unleashed against the Artsakh Republic since 27 September, 2020.
- To instruct the heads of the public administration bodies of the Republic of Armenia to propose to the heads of the communities to ensure the fulfillment of the requirements of Article 4 of the Law on the Flag of the Republic of Armenia .
Nikol Pashinyan informed that a memorial march will be organized from the Republic Square to Yerablur, other commemorative events will be held.
