On 28 November, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic Masis Mailyan, who is in Yerevan on a working visit, met with the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Armenia Vagharshak Harutyunyan. The Artsakh Foreign Ministry informs.

Masis Mailyan congratulated Vagharshak Harutyunyan on assuming the post of RA Minister of Defense, emphasizing that in the current difficult situation it implies even greater responsibility.

During the meeting, the parties referred to the implementation of the peacekeeping mission of the Russian Federation, emphasizing the measures taken in cooperation with the Artsakh authorities to ensure stability in the republic and to solve complex humanitarian problems.

The Ministers noted the need to quickly remove the bodies of Armenian servicemen killed as a result of the Azeri-Turkish aggression against the Artsakh Republic, to reveal the fate of the missing, and to release prisoners of war and hostages.
