The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Artsakh Republic informs.

“The Derby City Council of the United Kingdom has unanimously decided to officially recognize the independence of the Artsakh Republic.

In particular, the resolution states that Azerbaijan’s actions underscore the existential threat to the people of Artsakh and the international community needs to take active action to neutralize it, including by recognizing the Artsakh people’s right to self-determination and their right to live freely in their historic homeland.

The City Council also called on the British Government to recognize the independence of the Artsakh Republic.”
